I stayed at the Indra Regent Hotel for a few nights and found the experience to be quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right next to the Pratunam Market, but the service left much to be desired. The staff at reception seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, especially when it came to handling my security deposit. Overall, while the room was comfortable and spacious, the additional charges for amenities like Wi-Fi felt unnecessary.

The staff, especially Miss Pimmy at the lobby and Mr. Winno at breakfast, were exceptionally friendly and remembered me from my previous visit, which made my experience even more special. However, I did encounter some issues at reception during checkout that left me feeling a bit frustrated.
